The staff at the Urbana Planet Fitness are nice and eager to help and set up whatever you need. The entire store is clean and there are cleaning stations with paper towels and cleaning fluids. plus score for this location and staff

Very friendly staff, smaller establishment, but new, high quality equipment. I actually enjoy going to the gym now since its not so big. Its easy to navigate through and to get in a great solid workout. Thanks PF

This is our gym of choice in the area. Gyms live or die by the quality of the staff and this is the best planet fitness Ive ever been a part of.

Theres a new African American female cleaner that works at night, shes doing a wonderful job. Ive never seen the showers look so clean at this location. She has a very friendly attitude and because of that I will always recommend this gym.

The staff is always super nice, the place is very clean, and the massage chairs are amazing. I was hesitant about getting a gym membership but after seeing the reviews on this PF, I decided to get one. Been coming here a month and I love it.

Im not a fan of where this Planet Fitness is located. At all. But, the facility is nice in that they seem to have newer machines. The interior is clean and well maintained. Also, the employees are very nice and helpful with whatever you need.

This used to be my home club until I moved out of state. I went back there when I visited Urbana a couple of weeks ago. It is a small gym but clean and the staff is great. I especially love Amanda with her easy going attitude. Keep it up guys and girls.
