This is the box I hoped it would be. Great value, knowledgeable trainers, excellent group sizes and class schedules. VERY INCLUSIVE AND WELCOMING for all ages, physical and fitness levels.

I come here for Zumba classes, Im so happy they added Zumba. The owners are super sweet and I always feel welcomed. The instructor Ericka is fantastic Easy to follow and so welcoming, thr energy of the students is Ahhhmazing stars from me
