Every once in awhile you have an experience that you know will change your life....and Force Fitness has done that for me...my trainer, Katie, is very knowledgeable and has been very creative in prescribing workouts that make me want to come back for more...thank you Katie and Force Fitness for caring and making my life better...

Need a fast drop in work nm out theirs is hands down the most diverse and best fast paced flex in town. Be sure to check their schedule so you get there on time... you dont want to miss. Second.

Seemed like good program but couldnt hear trainer pitching me cuz a customer was dropping huge heavy steel weights from chest high and the noise was amplifed by the building shape and floor type maybe

The premiere physical training for the city of Bloomington. Very friendly staff that is well knowledgeable. Whether you are a time champion power lifter or someone who wants to loose a little weight force fitness is the way to go.
