Staff is nice but as a fitness center for professionals I would not recommend this place. Limited in space and equipment.

So much more than a workout spot. Check out free Spanish language classes. There are also benefits to volunteering. Childcare available.

Really inconvenient access for those who arent perfectly able bodied. Called to ask the staff about parking, as the lot adjacent to the building says it it a tow zone if you dont have a ticket. Staff wasnt able to give clear instructions More
