Its a nice place to workout but if you need to update billing you must go in in person. Never mind if your not feeling well and could expose others to covid, its either go in or get canceled for nonpayment , after being a member since it opened. Gee thanks dedication doesnt always pay off I guess.

I love the set up of this planet. Very nice staff. Clean facility. Not very busy. The showers actually get hot rare at a planet fitness but the showers are super tiny and the shower curtains arent big enough to cover the whole opening. Over all not a bad facility

Terrific employees, awful ownership. They had a pipe burst about a month ago, flooding the spa, now all of the tanning booths, and the total body enhancement do not work. Instead of getting new equipment the owner chose to get a bunch of box fans to remedy the issue
