The life guard on duty on was more interested with her friends then doing her job. She didnt allow any pool boards even for beginner swimmers she was rude and constantly yelled at my children for absolutely no reason. So angry More

Just became a member, but the equipment seems to be in good repair, the place is clean. Plenty of locker space. Employees seem to be well informed and friendly. Only thing is the pool has soooo much chlorine, but bought goggles, and I would love to see towel service.

Always a great experience. My only complaint would be that kids are often dropped off with no supervision, so they get in the way of people actually trying to use the facility. I wish they had a teen club for kids who are just hanging out together.

The one in MC is not able to control the air temperature. Its constantly around degrees year round. They also dont have Wifi.....at least not one that works
