Some of the weight Machines are outdated , they charge to play tennis each time is ridiculous when I pay a month already and only go to the gym days a week if that. Thought its suppose to help families not overcharge them. Not More

Had a terrible experience with the child center. Talked to a manager but just couldnt trust them again after that so we switched to another gym and definitely think we made the right choice leaving.

Excellent Gretchen in membership was went above and beyond the call of duty a true member of over time when the y.m.c.a Muncie needs us all to come together to help ones in need godbless sincerely pastor .....michaelangelo ..........

I love working out at the Y I like the North better than the Downtown Y because its bigger and I dont feel so enclosed. I take my son and he plays basketball while I work out. He likes it there too. He plays tennis as well

Rude customer service, no room to work out in main gym. The girl at the front desk was mad that she had to do her job when I brought a guest with me, was visibly upset that we even asked. Rolled her eyes and was short with us if we asked a question, that experience alone makes me want to cancel our membership.

Rules not enforced. Children unsupervised running everywhere. Machines frequently unplugged. Tennis courts impossible to reserve. Inattentive and rude staff. If this wasnt the only indoor tennis and basketball option in Muncie, Id be out of here in a heartbeat.
