This is the place to begin, or continue, your path to feeling better, both physically and mentally. The instructors are great and make class fun. Everyone is supportive and encouraging. There is something for everybody here.

The studio offers varying levels of classes in a variety of formats that are fun for all levels of experience. The studio is a judgement free zone and everyone is welcome.
