Best value for your buck. I have been a member at other gyms in the area and this has been my gym for the last years since returning from college. The people are great, the staff knows what they are talking about and give great tips. More

Great hour gym with decent equipment and a good culture. People are always reracking weights, cleaning up after the self and keeping it tidy which is rare. The atmosphere is good and people are friendly, as are the personal trainers. More
