This gym needs serious renovations. They have mold in the showers old gym equipment. All the new owners did was buy it and change the name thats it.

Ive been going here for about years. Its my second home. Everyone that goes there is so easy to talk to. Equipment is being updated and the new changes are so nice. Love all the staff too theyre awesome Cant recommend it enough

Ive been going here for about or years. Since the new owners took over, theyve added deadline platforms amazing addition, they moved stuff around to make it more orderly and spacious, they repainted that blue and orange ish color More

Machines are no wait, plenty of machines so you can get all your reps in, liking the new layout change. Music is really good, not elevator. And clean down supplies are right nearby. Great gym

No frills gym. This isnt a fitness center like those faceless bourgeois chain gyms. It has elliptical machines, treadmills, nautilus machines, free weights, showers, a couple tanning beds, hydromassage tanks, and thats moreorless it. More

Inquired about a membership but was told I had to wait until Monday to join because the worker closed the cash register down at pm on a Saturday, I wasnt happy so I took my business to the ymca.

This is a good gym with enough equipment for serious lifters squat cages, Olympic lifting platforms, quality barbells that arent bent. Not terribly busy in the early morning AM. access is a plus as well. Very clean as well. More

Staff is awesome and laid back. There are plenty of free weights, and the benchesbars are in good condition. There are also alot of good machines available. All around a great gym to call home.
