Pretty Good place. Its rather small for my liking but there is plenty to do here. Clean and Nice staff. I dont care for how small the workout center is but the surrounding area has a bunch of trails for running so I like the location a lot.

The Valpo Y is probably the best YMCA Ive ever been to The kids pool area is a major attraction for kids of all ages. The weights and machines are all in one giant room with more than youd need to get fit Other YMCAs have aerobics and weights separate, which I feel is more comfortable for some.
