I remember throwing horseshoes here as a kid with my grandfather when it was just an open field next to a cow pasture. I will have to see if I can find the old pictures my grandmother took.

As a girl I have found memories of watching Tom and Jim play there way to the World Horseshoe Pitching tournament. They were on fire that year in League play.

It is a great place for the family to have fun. Google for some reason is removing my husbands pictures. He had some good ones of his Grandfather and Great Uncles playing there years ago when it was just an open field next to a cow pasture.
