Awesome gym. Love the track and that I can take my six month old in his stroller or carrier Will definitely be doing this while its cold Weight room is well equipped and not crowded.

Not busy at all after PT hours, which is great for shift workers like MPs. There is a lack of strength training machines leg extensions, Pec Dec, etc, but plenty of dumbbells, kettlebells, and barbell racks. Theyre closed from to .

Simplistic gym that you can go and get a quick and actually decent work out in. They also have a basketball court. The one downside opinion based the equipment is a tad bit too close together in certain areas. Other then that. Good solid facility.

I like to work out here its always nice and clean even theyre restrooms and locker rooms are clean make sure you wipe the machine before and after you use them ive seen people use the machines and get so much sweat and just walk away without going back to clean theyre sweat off the machine they used

A lot of the fun features are shutdown like the rock climbing wall, the sauna, basketball courts, so whats left is upstairs track, functional fitness, cardio, classes in a wide open space.
