The staff is proactively helpful and friendly, the equipment is plentiful and the hydromassagers are out of this world. Really glad I joined, and PF makes it easy to keep my workout promise to myself.

Ive been a member off and on for years. After the Covid pandemic I rejoined and expected cleanliness. But instead there are cleaning stations with no paper towels. There are members getting off of machines without wiping them down. More

Plenty of machines and equipment is the only reason this place got a star rating. Staff is always sitting around at the front and never cleaning any time i come in, and all machines ive used so far have some sort of dirt, dust build up More

Hours hour hours. I signed up for hour availability. Youre not even remotely close right now. Staff friendliness has never been great here, but honestly employees bothering to acknowledge youve walked up to the desk isnt the most important thing if you can still get in a workout later at night.

I am a regular goer and they have not cleaned the mens locker room in weeks. It has the same trash in some of the corners and stains on the floor that we there well before Christmas. It makes me wonder about the rest of the place.
