I love the atmosphere here and the friendliness of the staff. They even gave me a week pass to try it out.. Trinity always greets me and made me a shake that is to DIE for.. peanut butter chocolate banana. Just saying. Try it out

My two boys attend jiu jitsu here. Its a great place for them to learn selfdefense and get exposure to other martial arts as well. Coach Nick Berens is a fantastic instructor and mentor

It ok, but to cramp up, the workout equipment, to close to each other, had to visit cause Ice center, Gym close permanently, the good thing that You have a Dillons and QT, nearby Incase you need any items, before heading home or work.

I hired a trainer that stood me up to go to the lake and wouldnt even apologize. This gym charges alot for training what a let down Patrick turned out to be.

The JMTK program inside this location is fantastic. Best mma gym in Wichita Andy Zerger, Manny Meraz, and Nick Berens are awesome coaches. Theres kickboxing, muay thai, jujitsu, kids classes. Its a great value and some of the best instruction in the area. It is inside the genesis, but youll get used to that.
