This is a really good gym it had everything you need plus all the extras. Its a good environment and all the workers are really cool. The biggest thing for me is the hr access you cant get that most places.

Really nice facility. Worked out here while in town for the holiday. Busy, but not crowded in the early morning hours. Plenty of equipment and space including a small indoor track. Club Manager Tim and the staff there were friendly and helpful as well.

Classes are truly fun thanks to energetic and friendly instructors They are so motivating, I hate when I have to miss a class. What a difference a committed staff makes when it comes to fitness clubs

Gym equipment and facilities have not been updated in years. Constant calls to get you to join after cancelation and while you are a member to get personal training. Very pushy trainers. Agreement is written like a loan agreement. Nothing special.

I would highly recommend trying out this club. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff. Tim the club Manager actually cares about you. Facility is always cleaned and maintained. They will definitely have my business indefinitely. Highly recommended.

Great place. Relaxing and love the movies playing on the big screen. Just wish the wet sauna would not be broken in the womens locker room. Seems like it has been broken the last months.

I had a great experience at this facility Julian Macy was a great help getting me into the classes I need for my rehabilitation I would highly recommend visiting him soon to get yourself into shape for the New Year

Staff super friendly and helpful, not pushy. Clean facility with nicely equipped locker rooms. Great mix of machines, free weights, corestretching area. Trainers if used are very knowledgeable and goal oriented.

Just started back to the gym and everyone at West Central has been amazing My trainer Alex LaForgeLuben is awesome She works around prior injuries and always has an alternative exercises if I cant do something Shes always positive and is just awesome to be around
