Small gym but very friendly and conveniently located. Even though there are other much more elaborate facilities I prefer the convenience of this location. One drawback ... Very limited equipment for body weight exercise. The pullup bar is not great and pretty low.

Cheap, rarely busy ans great hours. Staff is always super friendly too. As a former member of the downtown Y I guess I was spoiled. They dont have a locker room or steam roomsauna, but considering the monthly cost you have all the workout equipment you would need.

Ive been a member since Fitness opened on Line Kiln. Its definitely part of my weekly routine. Ive felt comfortable to work out there at every weight never felt like I was judged. Clean, competent staff, never a wait for machines, weights or treadmills. Great gym at a great price. Affordable Childcare too

Ive been going to this Gym for years now. The staff are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The equipment is well maintained and up to date. They have really helped me get back into shape and create a healthier life for myself. HIGHLY RECOMMEND JOINING.

Great facility. The man who works the front desk is really rude and wont acknowledge you or help you unless youre a female. There are signs everywhere asking you to wear a mask, but no one enforces it. The owners seem to be great people. All the equipment is great.
