Absolutely impossible to workout at this place between and pm. That Summer free pass for students is the worst promotion ever. They dont have capacity for all the extra people Im glad CrossFit is coming to the area, PF needs some healthy competition.

This gym is close and I like that its hours a day. So when I get in the mood I can go in the wee hours of the morning or night before it gets packed to get in a good workout.

Nothing specific to complain about. Spacious, not too crowded lots of equipment, clean showers and changing cabins. Lots of parking spaces to accommodate from cars to semi trucks. Staff should be a little more welcoming but thats a minor downside. Overall I recommend this place

The general manager there is extremely rude, most the people that work there seem like they lack common sense completely, and apparently need the app now to bring a guest when just Monday morning they did it through the computer and for a judgment free zone the GM and employees seem to be judging pretty hard

Update as of They know they should have gave the non black card membera a option of going to another gym until construction they got going inside was completed. Its terrible loud limited equipment now and the bathroom stay full More

I always liked this gym, been coming here on and off since or so. Now theyve double it and all of the machines are new. Its clean and I just love how huge it is lol.

I love going to this Planet Fitness I have only been a few times so far but every time has been amazing Yesterday I went with my boyfriend and they were able to set up a new membership for him in less than minutes. The equipment is clean and easy to use. Very friendly staff and lots of staff there to help if needed.

Very respectable staff, great workout equipment, friendly environment. Didnt have to worry about going to the restroom to be asked if I knew where to get any Juice. Undercover cops. Everyone there has one thing in mind, and thats improving their fitness. Overall, best gym experience Ive had in Louisville.
