I came to Somerset on vacation from Florida for days and needed to train while I was up here. These guys were the first gym I checked out. I didnt need to check out any other gym. They welcomed me in like family, theyve got great people there, great fighters. They will make you work, leaving there feeling great.

Great atmosphere and very family oriented. My husband and two of our sons go here and we all love it. Our boys have been going for a little over a month and weve seen huge improvements already. You couldnt ask for better instructors. I highly recommend this gym

Great place to train, excellent instruction and atmosphere with knowledgeable black belts. The pace is fast on Mondays for competition night if you are looking to increase your fight cardio and roll fast and hard. Very law enforcement friendly
