This COULD be a nice gym. Great weight machines. Cardio machines could use an upgrade, but a treadmill is a treadmill. That being said...... its filthy. Sticky floors and nobody EVER wipes down the machines. There is no designated More

This is a great gym to train. They have everything I love dropping in here when Im in town. If I lived in Houma, this would definitely be my home gym.

Started working out here for a few weeks and everybody there is like family to me already. Nicole seems to really care about everyone there.. I finally found a place I feel comfortable at.. I actually cant wait to go back on mondays after I take Saturdays and Sundays off..

My favorite place to work out This gym has everything. I love the private ladies room, the daycare, and the hours that this gym is open, and the people. I do not workout all year, mostly in weekly spurts however, when I do have my mind set right, I always make my way mto Body Elite
