Brand new equipment and never a need to battle people for a machine. Although the guy working usually has music going over the speakers that is questionable at best.

Lots of buff dudes lifting stuff up and putting it down. The guys here love to rearrange the place. Tons of love and non toxic masculinity. Believe me you, you want to workout with these swol brahs. They crank and crank.

I can grunt as much as I want here, its actually encouraged. The valet parking attendants uniforms are great And the lack of Christianity in the wet sauna is refreshing. I wish I could give this place six or seven stars

One of the best underground, low key gyms in the area. Good if you like working out with motivated, hardworking jacked up dudes. Really no downsides. Lots of energy and excitement. DJ every other Friday, dont bring headphones
