Love this place. I visited a Hotwork in Atlanta and was hoping theyd get one in Lake Charles. I had a great experience. The owner took the time to walk me through everything. I highly recommend.

This is a great place . Fun , different and definitely addicting. The owner and her staff is welcoming and very knowledgeable also. They make sure you are well educated about their gym and what they offer. I would highly recommend. I have had a quite a few friends to join and they loved it

I like the wide variety of options that are given HIIT, core, buns, arms, yoga, etc. Hot Yoga, Warrior, Cycle, and Blast are my top I just started booking the FX Zone and wish I had been from the beginning.
