Great gym. Its got weights, cables, and enough leg machines for everybody to have a good time. Was passing through town. This gym is a great choice

I like the fact that there are pools, saunas, and a whirlpool. It would help alot if they wouldnt break down all of the time. The pools heater is always breaking down.

This is the best gym in Lake Charles Its the only gym with Saunas, and the equipment is always available for use. The pools are great and always clean. Its just my favorite Gym

I give this gym star because they actually have weights, a sauna and a pool. The building is run down, the weights are rusty, barely working machines. I would take my money somewhere else. Was this Helpful

The size is decent for Lake Charles. The equipment is pretty outdated. There is only one curl bar, and only one fly station, so if you do resistance exercises or any popular exercise, you have to go during unpopular times. Cardio is More

Im older and living with HIV and osteoporosis. I cant work out. But I can swim, I can relax in the sauna, steam room and hot tub. The best part , my insurance includes membership in my rates. I pay nothing above standard Medicare. Thats including part d. Humana is my provider. And I can get some serious relaxing done.

Love the atmosphere. Large number of free weights and machines. Also has pools, treadmills and hot tub. Friendly staff. Walls are being worked on so in side isnt as pleasant to see. Overall I recommend

Great gym Low rates, open hours, indoor outdoor pool. We always go for the slower times. Only downside is the place needs to be remodeled, which the new management is already working on so that five star rating is coming
