Attended Duane Ludwig Bang Seminar today July th at PE. Great training facility, professional coaches, and just an all around good team environment. If you live in Lake Charles, LA and are looking for life improvement, do yourself a favor and check out Performance Evolution.

Had the most awesome experience at the Duane Ludwig Seminar here. Really nice gym , good people, and food at the end. Lots of ninja sprinkles to take away from it and add to my game.
