I started working out at hot worx right when they opened. It has been great. I feel so good when I leave and it really makes a difference working out in the infrared sauna. I have done cycle, row, yoga and isometrics so far. I love them all.

This place is great. I was sceptical at st but have had great success working out here. Place is always clean and employees are very friendly. Plus with the heat and infrared energy you burn a ton of calories in a very short period of time. Highly recomend.
