Great gym Love boxing at this gym and getting in a good sweat and workout. Coaches are very professional and really know how to coach and teach, from beginners and up. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to get into boxing

Love the IBFA gym and the whole team there. Im new to boxing but have enjoyed the classes immensely and the coaches do a great job in sharing their knowledge and keeping things fun. Would highly recommend joining the IBFA family for anyone looking to get in some great workouts and learning some boxing skills too
