They have great equipment and the staff is very professional to show you how to use the equipment if you dont know how. The gym is very clean and the staff is very professional

Most of the staff there is very friendly and helpful, but the reason for five stars today is a change they made recently. They finally changed the music format to something tolerable. The music they played previously was painful to listen to and came close to driving me to a different gym.

The facility is nice and very clean. Equipment is in decent shape and only a few weights and machines were missingunder repair. The management Phil was rude and condescending when I asked for a shoulder pad for the smith machine. Lack More

Good gym, friendly staff, always clean. Tons of equipment. I would give them five stars if they had more free weights. I prefer bench pressing with a free standing bench over pressing on a machine. Thats my only gripe. The massage bedschairs are really good.
