Recently joined the Lakeway Center location. Beautiful facility, every type of machine and weights, and all are brand new. Staff is friendly and very helpful, especially Darien.

Ive been a member for about years. I did the RUALOSER Program when I first joined, and it was great. I got to know all of the trainers in the very beginning, and think that got me off to a great start. Everyone is always willing to give assistance, even if you dont have a personal trainer there.

I love the Body Pump on Monday. Ive lost pounds since I joined in February. I really like trying the different classes but like Body Pump the best. The music keeps me motivated and the instructors are great.

To start off the membership is far too expensive starting at a month for a year. They basically make you pay every month regardless if you wanna quit. You have a day cancellation but they only enforce it after month. I cancelled More
