This gym is a place of release. Its egalitarian. Everyone pushes everyone. Ive met awesome individuals training there. When I need to talk to God thats the church I go to.

The gym is awesome. Old school equipment and old school vibe to it. Mr. John is always available and very friendly. One of my favorite gyms here in New Orleans.

This is my go to gym when Im in New Orleans. Nothing but Old School free weights. And thats the way it SHOULD be Powerlifting. Bodybuilding. Power Building . Heaven for lifters.
