There is a set of equipment upstairs meant to be used for a minute workout. There are posted rules about using and switching stations. Everyone completely ignores them, with people sitting on stations for long periods of time without More

I love the location, staff and equipment. But its very very dirty. Up stairs is extra dusty, the bathrooms are horrid. Smells like something dead. This use to be the cleanest of most Ive visited.Please clean my facility so I can come back

The bathrooms are disgusting and look like they dont get cleaned everyday. The lady at the front desk was rude and started to complain when the phone rang. This is why Im glad that I go to the one in bossier city off benton road.

Some of the machines are a bit stiff and feel a little rusty in the gears. I also wish it had a better stretchab zone like some of the others Ive been to. Other than that its clean, spacious, lots of machines, friendly, good vibe.
