Top notch facility for health and wellness. Love that there are three different locations to choose from, as well as class schedules and indooroutdoor pools. Above all, the locker roomsbathroomsshowers are always clean. This makes it great for a working mom who hurries to the gym then straight to work.

Ive been to this gym many times with family and friends. The staff is extremely courteous and professional. The facility is maintained very well. I have been to other gyms where I feel like just a number. However, at CrossGates you feel like they value each member and appreciate you being there. Keep up the great work

I use to be a member. But it has gone down hill with fitness classes. They now charge extra for pool class exercises and Da Groove has limited members allowed. Silver Sneaker membership only good from ampm

Very friendly and welcoming staff. The facilities are very clean. I have only taken one class, but Vilma the water aerobics instructor is AMAZING. She walks you through everything and helps you if you need it. The class welcomed me as family. Absolutely wonderful.
