If youre looking to get a membership at Crossgates on Military go see Dave. He is fantastic and very thorough about what Crossgates has to offer. He showed me around and answered every question that popped into my mind. Very welcoming atmosphere at this location. I highly recommend Thanks Dave

I love coming into work out and the staff are so nice. From day one I was greeted with a smile. Also, sales manager Missy was the best. She is very professional and will explain everything to you. I really appreciate there concerns for each person to work out safe . Awesome place.
