NESF is not a typical place where you may have to fear getting hurt, or be afraid your skill level or needs wont be considered. I lived those feelings of walking into this unknown gym with that fear, and the fear of going up against More

NESF has impressive facilities and a very welcoming crowd. Dave Roy is a certified BJJ black belt and one of the best teachers Ive ever come across. Everyone should visit, even if just to learn a little self defense.

NESF has a great atmosphere and even better instruction. Its approachable enough for people who are new to martial arts but always challenging enough to keep more experienced fighters wanting to come back. This gym is a hidden gem.

Ive been to a bunch of MMA and BJJ gyms and NESF is by far the best. The atmosphere is friendly, the coaches care about students and really love teaching, and the owner is always thinking of ways to improve the gym. Students who have moved away regularly drive across the state to come to classes. I cannot recommend NESF enough.
