Healthworks is such a peaceful place to visit. The decor, staff and amenities of this femaleonly gym scream serenity, ala George Costanza. Come for the zumba, tabata, and other endingina classes stay for the steam room, showers and smoothie bar.

Joined the gym about a month ago and fell in love very classy and upscale, My favorite classes are body pump, straight up strength. Jen at the front desk is always greeting you with a nice smile an a little small talk. Say no to planet fitness, and yes to health works if you wish to accomplish your fitness goals.
