Lifted is by far the best gym in Southie. Such a fun environment, tough but great workouts and friendly staff Tons of class options to select from and great for any level with the trainers providing a variety of modifications. I cannot recommend Lifted enough

Excellent gym in Southie My husband and I have been doing joint personal training sessions with Riley and love it. Also, a great value IMO personal training for one person is per session but only more for two. Definitely recommend.

Ive tried so many group exercise classes over the years. Lifted is by far one of the best out there. Its such a great workout for all levels. The energy in class is great and showing up will put you in a position to get into the best shape of your life.
