I have often visited water town and Porter square branch. Water town branch wins straight up. More equipment, bigger and helpful staff. Porter square is somewhat smaller but still I am not big on workouts so it fulfills my basic needs and it is more conveniently located.

Really small compared to other PF gyms, which makes sense given the location, but theres so much broken equipment here, and it never gets fixed. Sinks and toilets are constantly out of order, as is at least one of the massage chairs. Not worth the full price of a black card membership if this is going to be your home gym.

This place is always bustling with people. Tons of machines to work out on and cleaning stations everywhere. Music is blasting. No one is judging one another. Plus the location I attend is close to food places for a quick bite. I love PF
