This is a real throwback to me old school training lots of topoftheline equipment very pleased with the atmosphere wish I lived close by would lift here times a week enjoy competing in powerlifting and will be back in the future the staff is friendly and Lifters are well known in the sport

Glad theres a gym in this garbage town. Its in an old warehouse which is pretty weird. Not in a cool way either, just in a creepy way. That said, theyre pretty cheap. Theyre cool with short memberships and stuff, which is awesome. More

I love this gym, beats the pants off of ANY box gym in the area So much equipment and friendly, personable owners. If youre trying to get big, or strong, or just in better shape FSFG is where you need to sign up.

Its more than just a great gym and a very supportive friendly environment. Every staff there is very polite and respectful. I greatly recommend this gym to anyone that are looking for a great place to challenge the benefit of their overall health and wellness quality.

I cant speak highly enough of this local spot. If you need brand new equipment, TVs, and classes this isnt a place for you. If you want to lift with every machine, rack, barbell and platform you could possibly need.....and hardly anyone More
