As hard as it is to get up in the dark every AM, going to the zone is so worth it. Staff is friendly, its always clean and I feel like a million when I leave. Kurt and Dan run a great shop.

Great gym ... Im amazed at how much high quality weight training cardio equipment is packed into the space ... the caliber of serious but unpretentious people working out at Fitness Zone makes it a great place to train

Great gym Super clean, friendly,with experienced trainers. Affordable with great classes. It is easy to access via rte and easy to park. Highly recommend this fitness facility.

I am not from the area, but was visiting for vacation. This was an amazing place The staff was incredibly helpful and encouraging I could not suggest a better gym to work out in. Their equipment was fantastic and offered a lot of variety, from cable machines to free weights. I highly recommend them

Im glad I found this place. Down to earth, quiet, never a wait for equipment that Ive seen, good price on a temporary pass, everything is very clean and well maintained. And the music is good, so I can leave my earbuds at home. Really nice place to work out.

Was visiting family in area and this gym is the best one Manager was super helpful and it was only for a day pass. Plenty of equipment, cardio is a little dated, several squat racks, leg press etc. I absolutely recommend for a workout when in area.

Fitness Zone is great. Super clean, plenty of machines and free weights, and never crowded. The upstairs has lots of cardio machines, bikes, treadmills, etc. Bathrooms are clean. Highly recommend.

Great local workout spot with all the machines and gear you need to stay fit yearround. The friendly and knowledgeable staff is always ready to answer questions or offer advice. Not a glossy meet market spot, which is a blessing if you just want to work out without the frippery and flirting.
