Lots of machines and free weights. I never have to wait to use the equipment. Best to go early in the morning to avoid the crowds in the evening. For the most part, there is never a need to push the lunk button. Great place to get in a quick workout or a longer session to meet your fitness needs.

Literally half of the machines are blocked off, making working out certain muscle groups near impossible. Also poorly lit and theres no AC in this gym. If you have a black card, DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM
