they close very early, before I could go at at night after work, now I cant, its very frustrating, because every month I pay the membership without being able to go to the gym, I will withdraw my membership and look for another gym that is open until at least midnight, at least.

Remind me to not go to any Planet Fitness. Theyre racist and cancel peoples memberships. Then call the police to say theyre trespassing to retrieve their belongings. racism Also, PF is just a generally bad company.

Asked to use the hydromassage and the woman at the front desk said sorry your code isnt working. She said she can give me a coin for the regular massage chair. The coin didnt work either. She basically just shrugged. Yes, Im a black card member.

Bedmassage is often broken. I pay more to have it and I cant use it often.... or because is broken or because ...part of the workers are lazy to make it work. Not all but some of them ..... are rude and lazy. More

Small, and treadmills are touching eachother they are so close. Not covid safe especially where this location gets busy. They should have more safety messures. Not even enough paper towels, had to walk halfway across the gym to get cleaner, so I am assuming most people wont even bother.
