The music is too loud for me, especially given its the same set of pop songs every time youre in there. It would be better if it was at a more ambient volume. If you like doing cardio in front of televisions youre in luck, otherwise have fun with ads for junk food and toxic news media while youre working out.

Im not a fan of gyms, have always worked out at home. This is the first gym Ive been to that had the laid back, allaccepting vibe. Love it the manager is a great guy.
