Its about making your whole body stronger, not pumping you up. Barbells improve balance and coordination, unlike machines. These guys know whats up.

I have not worked out in a LONG time. I knew it was time to do something. I have been so pleased with my progress and feeling good again without being sore because they know how to do things right. Jason and Nicole are amazing coaches that really care about everyone in the class. Try it out you have nothing to lose.

Sequential individual coaching in small groups makes sense since barbell training involves significant rest time between sets. While resting you watch and learn from your groupmates training and marvel at their progress as they do about yours. The bottom line great coaches and great environment to efficiently train for strength.
