This is a bright, clean, freindly, cheerful place to work out. The machines and equipment are great, the classes are a bonus, and the trainers are helpful.

Im not a member...yet.. I just bought a pack of passes to try it out. I love it so far. I wasnt sure I would. The equipment is great and everyone is respectful. The facility is clean and inviting. Id definitely recommend it to anyone.

Hands down the only gym to go to in the Berkshires. Clean, wonderful equipment, best trainers and classes. Sue Merritt and Erica Pelton are phenomenal trainers.Very experienced and a joy to work with.

Beautiful facility with state of the art equipment. The owner is always there to motivate people coming into the gym. One of the nicest and classiest gyms in the Berkshires. Five stars all the way.

I love this gym. They have some equipment mostly found in cross fit gyms and all is clean and new I worked with trainer Erica Pelton for six months and she is knowledgeable,,great to work with and helped me lose lbs and improve my balance
