Focusing on all sorts of cardiokickboxing, functional fitness, and interval training to engage the muscles and brain to react to new challenges and stimulate the mind and body on a regular basis. Best gym, has lots of mostly empty times, helpful trainers. The bathrooms are always clean and the staff take good care of the place.
