OT pushes you really hard. They blast music and encourage you when you take that extra challenge during a really tough workout. For anyone who is competitive this workout would be the one for you. Your stats are posted on a big screen More

I love the workout because I am always challenged and never bored. The trainers are all amazing, but I love going to classes with Kerri and Vic. They are always motivating and encouraging. I highly recommend OTF if you are looking for a great workout and a gym with a great staff
