Awesome place to workout and prepare yourself for your athletic endeavors. Steve is very good at teaching you how to train and prepare yourself for lifting, a little bit at a time. Great community there that continues building you up and makes you stronger physically and mentally.

I have just started using Full Plate about weeks ago. Steve has already taught me a ton during our sessions. I am a very tall lanky guy and my training was custom tailored to me. I couldnt feel me comfortable and I will continue to use full plate for the foreseeable future. Highly recommended.
