I can get very lazy but when I go to fitworx I know there are one of the personal trainers there to push me. I love it I live a very stressful life and my time with fitworx is as much a mental sedation as a physical achievement. So for me More

Great equipment, welleducated and experienced staff. They do more personal work with clients here than any other gym Ive been to, without having to pay for a personal trainer. They help with strength, cardio, diet, weight loss, whatever youre working on. I even got a friendly call from the owner to check in with me.
