My opinion of planet fitness gyms has gotten better. I appreciate the fact that they are one of the few gym chains actually open with good hours. They are always clean and even though I dont have a membership myself, I appreciate the black card option which allows a guest.

Forgot my mask in my car, wouldve been a nicer and not ironic experience if the guy at the front actually had his mask on properly when he lectured me about me going to get it. The mask is like underwear dude, wear it right or dont bother at all because in both situations youre still not covering something no one else wants to see.

They charge the annual fee that was never disclosed. So paid plus monthly fee . and cancelled that day. They refuse to refund. Never used the gym once. Always closed when try to go weekends. Never used anything there. Not hours like online said. Parking lot trashed.

Every time I go in there I am greeted with a smile. The staff is extremely friendly. clean and well maintained equipment. nonjudgmental place where you exercise without worrying about judgments. I do recommend planet fitness. Great place to go.
