Reasonably good gym. Its clean and has new equipment. There arent are lot of benches etc for those that live for dumbbells etc. The machines are excellent though. More

The staff is wonderful. Grace, Catherine and Terence were very helpful. Got some mouthy kids that lack gym etiquette, but thats everywhere. Place had everything i needed.
