Located in 1201 Agora Dr Suite 3A, Bel Air, MD 21014, this My Gym is open six or seven days a week and you can check My Gym working hours from our operational hour table. My Gym offers strengthening, weight loss, cardio, etc, so members receive a full-body workout.
There are workouts designed for beginners as well as those with specific training goals. My Gym does not promote unhealthy eating habits and you can get your individual diet information from your trainer. Guests with children should not be discouraged from joining My Gym, as they may not be able to participate in these activities without the assistance of a parent or guardian.
A membership at a My Gym facility allows members access to fitness equipment, special diet plans, induvial training, yoga (at some locations), etc. The monthly/yearly cost also includes unlimited use of all My Gym facilities and gyms.

A wonderful place to take your baby or toddler The staff is extremely friendly, the facility very clean, and the skills planned for each class are creative and fun A great way for your child to engage with other children around their own age I would recommend MyGym to anyone

The kids had alot of fun. Plenty of equipment to test skills and do tricks and plenty of pads so they can do them safely. We will definitely be making a return visit.
